TradingQuantz ("TQ") is an Ontario, Canada-based SaaS technology firm that develops proprietary analytical indicators for financial market practitioners. TQ is committed to conducting business ethically and transparently, and to preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, and forced labour in all aspects of its operations and supply chain.
2. OUR BUSINESS
TQ operates as a digital-first SaaS provider. Our core activities include the development and distribution of quantitative trading indicators, hardware-locked software licensing, and the delivery of live analytical sessions via digital platforms. Our workforce consists of skilled technology professionals, quantitative analysts, and administrative staff located primarily in Ontario, Canada.
3. OUR SUPPLY CHAIN
As a digital SaaS company, our supply chain is limited to:
- Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Enterprise-grade hosting services (e.g., Amazon Web Services) for platform delivery.
- Payment Processing Partners: PCI DSS compliant payment gateways for subscription billing.
- Identity Verification Providers: Third-party KYC and identity verification services.
- Software Development Tools: Licensed development platforms and libraries.
We do not engage in manufacturing, physical goods production, or labour-intensive supply chain operations.
4. OUR POLICIES
TQ maintains a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. Our policies include:

5. DUE DILIGENCE
TQ evaluates all significant third-party relationships to assess modern slavery risks. Our enterprise infrastructure providers (AWS, Moneris, etc.) maintain their own robust anti-slavery and ethical sourcing policies, which we review as part of our vendor assessment process.
6. REPORTING CONCERNS
Any employee, contractor, or member of the public who has concerns about modern slavery in any part of TQ's business or supply chain is encouraged to report them. Reports can be made confidentially to compliance@tradingquantz.com. TQ will investigate all reports thoroughly and take appropriate action.
7. COMMITMENT
This statement is made pursuant to TQ's commitment to ethical business practices and will be reviewed and updated annually. TQ is dedicated to improving its practices to ensure that slavery and human trafficking play no part in any aspect of its business.
