Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Given the digital nature of TQ products and the immediate delivery of software access upon purchase, all sales are strictly final. Product delivery is deemed accepted the moment the User is granted portal access or software authentication occurs. The User permanently waives any right to a "cooling-off" period.

2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Users may cancel their recurring subscription at any time through the MyAtlas Customer Portal:

• Access continues until the end of the current 28-day billing cycle.
• No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for remaining days.
• The hardware-bound license will be deactivated at period end.
• Re-activation requires a new subscription and may require new license binding.

3. TRIAL POLICY

TQ Trial subscriptions provide 14 days of full-feature access at no charge. If the User does not cancel before trial expiration, the account automatically converts to a paid subscription. No refunds for charges resulting from failure to cancel a trial.

4. ONE-TIME PURCHASES

One-time service purchases — including Atlas Live Analysis sessions and consultations — are non-refundable once scheduled or delivered. Rescheduling is available with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

5. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS — NO EXCEPTION

Access to TQ Software requires a Windows-based system/VPS, a valid NinjaTrader 8 account, and independent CME Group Level II market data.

6. CHARGEBACK PROHIBITION

The User explicitly agrees not to initiate any chargeback or payment reversal. In the event of a dispute, TQ is authorised to submit KYC data, IP logs, Machine ID records, and authentication logs as evidence. Fraudulent chargebacks incur a $250 USD administrative fee plus legal costs.

7. TERMINATION BY TQ

If terminated for convenience, a prorated refund may be issued. If terminated for breach, IP violation, or abusive behaviour, no refund will be provided.
